2026/27 statutory pay

For 2026/27, Statutory Neonatal Care Pay is £194.32 a week or 90% of average weekly earnings, whichever is lower. Eligible employees can receive up to 12 weeks' pay.

Neonatal Care Leave is available from the first day of employment, but statutory pay has additional employment and earnings conditions.
