2026/27 statutory pay

For 2026/27, Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay is £194.32 a week or 90% of average weekly earnings, whichever is lower.

Parental Bereavement Leave is available from the first day of employment, but statutory pay has additional eligibility requirements, including 26 weeks' continuous employment and the relevant earnings threshold.
