A model probationary period policy to assist you in managing this event with a best practice method.
All new staff are subject to a probationary period of [3|6|12] months. An initial informal review will take place after [3|6] months with your line manager, with a formal review after [6|12] months. Your appointment will be confirmed on satisfactory completion of the [3|6|12] month period.
