Statutory redundancy = 0.5 week per year under 22 + 1 week per year age 22 to 40 + 1.5 weeks per year age 41+
For redundancies on or after 6 April 2026, GOV.UK states that weekly pay is capped at GBP 751 and the maximum statutory redundancy payment is GBP 22,530. Service is normally capped at 20 years.
