Notice periods policy

A model notice periods policy which is in line with best practice, contains clear and effective wording, and is easy to edit.

Notice periods

Unless your employment is terminated by agreement, or specified otherwise in your principal statement of terms and conditions, you or the Company are required to give a period of notice in writing as follows:

  1. One week's notice whilst within your Probationary period
  2. One month's notice after your Probationary period is successfully completed
  3. 5
