3.1. Subscription: If you choose a subscription payment option, you are committing to pay the total subscription amount over 12 months.

3.2. Cancellation: Cancelling your account does not exempt you from paying the outstanding subscription amount. Any outstanding subscription payments remain payable even after account cancellation.

4.1. License: Your purchase grants you the right to use the Templates for the purpose intended. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Templates.

4.2. Modifications: You may modify the Templates to suit your needs, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5.1. Ownership: The Templates remain the intellectual property of hrdocbox.co.uk or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a license, not ownership.
