Helping a client spot recruitment red flags and strengthen their hiring process
One of my regular clients got in touch after advertising an Admin Assistant role on Indeed. Within two days, they’d received over 20 applications, but three stood out for the wrong reasons. The CVs looked suspiciously similar, with identical wording across entire sections, inconsistent LinkedIn profiles, and vague contact details. One even listed the same job experience as another applicant, word for word.

While the client was pleased with the initial volume, they were worried about progressing potentially fraudulent or AI-generated applications, and they wanted to make sure this didn’t happen again. I stepped in to help.
