Suggestion scheme memo

The company Suggestion scheme enables you to make any suggestions for the benefit of everyone. The idea may reduce costs, improve the quality of our products, or positively change a method. It may eliminate a dangerous hazard, reduce waste, change a handling procedure or improve housekeeping.

If approved, suggestions may receive awards according to the value of the idea.

The Suggestion Scheme allows you to express your interest, ingenuity, and initiative. We hope you will use it frequently. Fill out a suggestion blank and put it in the office mail. Your idea will receive prompt acknowledgement and investigation and, if approved, an award. Your suggestion can help eliminate unnecessary expenses and squeeze more value out of every overhead pound.

if the Evaluating Committee accepts your suggestion, you will be rewarded based on the suggestion's value to the company.

Look around the workplace. Review each procedure and routine in your daily tasks. Ask yourself: is there a more cost-effective way of doing this? Is there a way to streamline this job? Is there a way to improve quality and accuracy? If you think so, submit your idea.

Give your suggestion to your immediate supervisor, who will see that it gets to the Evaluating Committee.

Or,

Suggestion boxes are located throughout the company premises. These boxes contain suggestion forms to fill out when you have an idea you think has merit.

We value your suggestions.
