3.1   Notification of Absence

3.1.1   Employees must follow the company’s sickness absence reporting procedure as outlined in the Sick Absence Policy to be eligible for sick pay.

3.2   Supporting Evidence

3.2.1   Employees must provide appropriate certification to cover the entire period of their sickness absence, as specified in the Sick Absence Policy.

3.3   Statutory Sick Pay (SSP)
