The Company is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, workers, contractors and visitors. Prompt reporting of accidents, injuries, work-related ill health and near miss incidents is essential to help prevent recurrence, identify hazards and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
An Accident Book is available from your line manager. It is the responsibility of every employee to report and record any accident, injury or work-related ill health that occurs whilst undertaking Company business or whilst on Company premises. All accidents should be reported as soon as possible, regardless of how minor they may appear, as some injuries may develop or worsen over time.
