1   Overview

1.1   We are committed to supporting our employees who are undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) or fertility treatments. This policy outlines the procedures and benefits available to employees seeking fertility treatment support.

2   Scope

2.1   This policy applies to all employees who are eligible for benefits and support, and who are seeking fertility treatment including IVF.

3   General princilpes

3.1   Eligibility

3.1.1   All regular full-time and part-time employees who have completed the probationary period are eligible to request support for fertility treatments.

3.2   Confidentiality

3.2.1   All information related to fertility treatment, including medical documentation, will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without the employee's explicit consent.

3.3   Fertility Treatment Leave

Employees will be granted a reasonable amount of unpaid leave to attend fertility treatment appointments. The number of days
