What is this for?

The Equity Survey is designed to gather valuable insights and feedback from employees regarding their perceptions and experiences related to equity, diversity, and inclusion within the workplace.

It aims to assess the organisation's progress in promoting fairness and equality and identify areas for improvement. By soliciting input directly from employees, the survey enables organisations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of equity and diversity practices, including any existing challenges or disparities.

Furthermore, the Equity Survey serves as a tool for fostering open dialogue and engagement among employees on topics of diversity and inclusion. It provides a platform for individuals to share their perspectives, voice concerns, and offer suggestions for enhancing equity initiatives. Through the data collected from the survey, organisations can develop targeted strategies and action plans to address identified issues, drive positive change, and create a more inclusive and equitable work environment for all employees.
