Interview invitation letter
Sending an interview invitation letter/email to candidates is important, and it needs to be optimised to increase response rate. Give candidates suggestions of some available dates and times that work for you.
The document also includes a number of optional paragraphs such as travelling expenses.
Invitation to exit interview
The purpose of an exit interview is to assess the overall employee experience within your organisation and identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement.
Use this letter to invite an employee to the exit interview. Dont leave the interview to the last day of service because the employee will be completely disengaged at that point.
Invitation to first redundancy consultation meeting
Individuals provisionally selected should be consulted before any final decision is made.
Prior to any consultation meeting you should send all employees who have been provisionally selected for redundancy a letter inviting them to a meeting. This letter also details the background and rationale for the proposal(s), the summary of proposal(s), the potential implications for the employee and the method of selection.

You would normally issue this letter to record a concern that you have over something that the employee has done for the first time, that if happens again may warrant disciplinary action.
An informal verbal warning is often all you need to improve an employee’s conduct or performance.

Used by the EMPLOYEE to notify the employer that they are pregnant and when they will commence Maternity Leave, and requesting whether they are entitled to Maternity Pay.

Used by the EMPLOYEE to give notice that they will be returning to work as planned.
Maternity leave return to work reminder letter
Used by the EMPLOYER as a reminder to the employee to confirm whether they will be returning to work as planned, or not.
Medical report letter to GP
Medical report request to employee
Used where an employee has been on a long period of sick absence, so that the employer can explain what steps they are now taking to help the employee back to fitness to work. The letter explains that the employer wishes to write to the employees GP for guidance on their expected return to work and what adjustments (if any) they need to make.
Complete and send this to all meeting attendees ideally a week before the meeting takes place.
Notice of a dispute
This form should be completed by an employee / trade union, to register that a dispute exists. It should be handed to the Manager of the Department where the disagreement has arisen. A copy should also be sent to the Director with responsibility for that Department.
Notice of possible redundancies letter
Used as part of the redundancy consultation process, this is a detailed letter that informs the employee of future consultation meetings and also explains the reasons why the company is considering redundancies.
